The Town Hall Group is made up of different legal entities, including Town Hall Dental, Beechwood Dental, Breathe Clinical, JLM, Town Hall Foundation. This privacy policy is issued on behalf of The Town Hall Group so when we mention “The Town Hall Group”, “we”, “us” or “our” in this privacy policy, we are referring to the relevant company in The Town Hall Group responsible for processing your data.

The Town Hall Group Ltd is the controller and responsible for this website for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 2018 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation as it forms part of the law of England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland by virtue of section 3 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act of 2018 (UK GDPR) which means that we decide how and why we use your personal data within our business.
